Rex Hudler showed me this one...

I am just going to get this out there. Rex Hudler is one crazy baseball announcer. During todays game he randomly threw out a plug for Rod Allen's video on you tube. Note: Rex was talking about this while Mark Gubicza was trying to promote family night at the big 'a'. Thanks Rex! Thats a great you tube video regardless.

Angel's Won!

What a game! Vlad hit a home run to bring the angel's back early in the game! Then Franky finished it! Steph and I love going to games, grabbing a hot dog, and watching the Angel's win.

Not Quite Opening Day

Despite Vlad's efforts to rally the Angel's to victory the crowd was silenced by a two run homer run with two outs in the 9th... ouch. Overzealous fans were heartbroken; especially this guy who brought a box of chocolates for Angels star Vladimir Guerrero. Stephanie and I had a great time at the game and it was good to be back at the big 'A'.

Angel's Lost (sad face)

The Angels (as in the baseball team)

Stephanie and I are big fans of Angels Baseball, not the strange kinds of fans who paint rooms red, buy red cars, and haven’t missed a game for five years. We like going to a game now and then and watching a few games on TV each week. I think it’s interesting the community that forms around a baseball team and this community grows in times of excitement, like the play-offs. I, like most Angel’s fans, hope that they make it to the fall classic. If not, it’s ok; they’ve had a great season. Every day I check my email to see if I have been selected to purchase World Series tickets, but I have not received an email yet. To end this random blog I have one thing to say, “Let’s go Angels!”

Accept,
John Denton

What a bunch of clowns

The churches august of activities kicked off last night at the circus and it was fun for the whole family. I loved the tigers because the entire time they looked like they wanted to eat the trainer. The best act of the night was the dog show, yes strange I know, but those dogs. One of the dogs did like 25 back flips in a row. If you missed the circus make sure to join us for the beach party, deep sea fishing, or the angel’s baseball game.
